Idk if titles can be changed, but Id make this say "before january" as the title if you can.

The close date of the market (can and) should also be changed.

I'm not sure about the wording here. "Ends by" and "ends at any time within" are quite different. If it ended on say November 25th would this resolve YES or NO?
