This market will resolve to the individual who is publicly confirmed as the mother of Elon Musk's next child. If no such confirmation occurs by the market's closing date, the market will resolve as N/A.

Background:

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has fathered multiple children with different partners. His known children include:

• With Justine Wilson (née Wilson): Six children, including twins Griffin and Vivian (formerly Xavier) born in 2004, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian born in 2006.

• With Claire Boucher (known as Grimes): Three children: X Æ A-Xii (born 2020), Exa Dark Sideræl (born 2021 via surrogate), and Techno Mechanicus (born 2022 via surrogate).

• With Shivon Zilis: Four children: twins Strider and Azure (born November 2021), Arcadia (born February 2024), and Seldon Lycurgus (born February 2025).

Resolution Clarification

1. If a surrogate is used, the biological mother counts, not the surrogate.

2. Musk need not confirm or accept paternity of child. If a preponderance of reporting confirms the child as Elon's that's good enough. For instance, a claim by a person that their child is Elon's is not enough. But credible, independent reporting that it's the case will be enough.

3. The most recent mother is Shivon Zillis whose child was born in Feb 2025. This is a market for births after that date. If subsequent reporting reveals that Person X gave birth in Dec 2024 to a child, Person X would not resolve as the mother of Elon's next child.

If no new births confirmed by end of 2029, market resolves as N/A.
