This market resolves to NO once Magic: The Gathering is no longer being actively printed in paper.

These don't count as they're not tournament legal. However, if WOTC changes their policies to make them de-facto tournament legal, even if the Tournament Rules still claim they're not legal, that'll count as breaking the Reserved List.
