Resolves based on my subjective opinion, but a general litmus test will be whether or not I can beat the AI on the unhandicapped difficulty (i.e. prince) after ~50 hrs of play or ~5 games played. Will resolve N/A if Civ 7 doesn't come out or I don't play it enough to judge (I expect either of these outcomes to be quite unlikely).
I may extend the market as needed. I will not bet on this market.

@TimothyJohnson5c16 I didn't see this, not sure why...but I can usually beat civ 6 on deity pretty handily
@marvingardens this is the standard for what I would describe as "competent"; I do not expect they are going to, or intend to, design an AI that meets this criteria, but maybe I will be surprised.
