The Chang'e 6 lander is built by the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) for CNSA, China's national space agency. The last three moon landers built by CAST, Chang'e 3 and Chang'e 4, and Chang'e 5 were successful. Chang'e 5 returned a sample from the moon.
For a successful mission the sample needs to be returned in a state that can be used for useful science.
