If Silwa drops out, there's a decent chance of Cuomo winning. And as nobody on the right wants filth like Zohran as mayor, it is not unlikely that he will drop out. Imo alternatives are underpriced.

My logic is that, if Mamdani were to be (God forbid) incapacitated Lander would be a good replacement for him if he is able to be replaced without things just going to Cuomo. It's of course a massive long shot but I think it is undervalued
