@fedor Next month (because I am invested in your constipation this month) please combine a diet rich in fruit, vegetables and unprocessed grain with strength training and regular walks. Constipated people tend not to want to overcome the initial discomfort of pooing more than "necessary", but it will begin to feel like a liberation. Think of it like you are doing a tax return on your metabolism.
