As per Bloomberg:

• Hamas has reneged on parts of the Gaza ceasefire and hostage-release deal that was already agreed upon, and is creating a last-minute crisis that prevents the completion of the accord, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said.

• The Israeli cabinet will not convene to approve the deal until the mediators notify Israel that Hamas has accepted all elements of the agreement, his office said.

Resolves to "Yes" if, by February 1, 2025, 23:59 IST:

• The Israeli government's official position is that no ceasefire accord (deal) is in place between the State of Israel and Hamas. In other words: the status quo remains as of January 16, 2025.

• Agreements in principle do not count - an official accord (deal) must be signed by both sides.
