@JussiVilleHeiskanen It can happen when something unexpected (or very silly) happens. I expected them to fly at half mast until I saw the axios story!
I would recommend clarifying your description: firstly because the title and description ask two different questions that have opposite YES/NO answers, and because nothing about the title indicates that flags must not be flying at half mast because of Trump personally, which is what the description is asking
@MingCat don't you have this backwards? Trump being unable to change would guarantee a resolve YES. The flags would stay at half mast per the description
